What I Do:
1. Your Story
Couples will begin the coaching process by filling out your LifeMap. The Life Map is a visual map for couples to track the growth and changes of their life, along with achievements and challenges. Going through this experience allows couples to reflect on the things that give you feelings of success and connection.
2. INNER CONCERNS AND FEARS
The next part of the process couples will focus on working to uncover what they are ready to release that no longer serves you. By getting underneath the limiting beliefs and fears that are keeping couples stuck so that you can create new space inside of yourself to take new risks that feel more aligned to your passions and truth. You will learn tangible techniques to create space from your inner critic.
Next we focus on your goals. What are your goals for the future of your relationship? After we deal with the past, we focus on setting simple goals for the future. For example, a goal might be to cook dinner for your once a week; if you struggled with serving and helping your spouse with the kids. We focus on helping couples to develop ways to enhance their relationship.
4. FAITH AND BELIEF
Now once you have set your goals you have to believe that you can accomplish your task. Through proven strategies we can help you stay on the path of success in your relationships. Will there be bumps in the road? Yes, but we are there to help your through them.
5. ACTION PLAN
Now that you believe that you can have the relationship that you always desired,now we can focus on moving forward. Through proven strategies we can help develop a strategic pathway for change and future growth.

This is a very important aspect of coaching. We will be with you every step of the way and will hold you accountable for your progress. Now remember that this is your life and we are only by your side to assist and to motivate you, but “You” are in control of your actions. Breathe, because we are always there for you.
